Domestic Shipping
FREE domestic shipping on all orders! The shipping method used for basic FREE shipping is determined by Lumintrail with the default method being USPS Economy or Parcel Select which generally takes 2~9 days in delivery. USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground shipping are also offered at an additional cost. All shipments will include delivery confirmation (tracking number.)
Same Day Shipping
Lumintrail.com offer same day shipping and ships over 95% of our orders the same day on a daily basis, excluding weekends. The following criteria must be met to ensure your order ships the same day.
- Online orders must be completed before 3 PM EST. (Only applies during the weekdays.)
Note: Shipment will be delayed if there is any discrepancy between your billing and/or shipping address.
International Shipping
We are currently ship to Canada.
Canada Standard shipping under $50
- $0.00 – $49.99 Shipping cost - $15.00
Canada Standard shipping over $50
- $50.00 and up shipping cost - $10.00
Shipping Policies
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekend days, holidays and after 12 noon EST will be processed the next business day.
Lumintrail will make every effort to deliver your order as fast as possible. However, there may be certain conditions that may delay your delivery. Please keep in mind the following:
Delivery may be delayed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Lumintrail. This includes but not limited to weather conditions and/or interruptions of services provided by our shipping carriers.
Some shipments may include signature confirmation and require you to sign for the package upon delivery. Please ensure that someone will be available for signature deliveries or the package may be returned to us.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is billed and shipped, we will send an email confirmation with shipment and tracking details.
Find the USPS, UPS tracking number on your shipping confirmation email and enter that number at either www.usps.com or www.ups.com to check status of the shipment.
Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated on the shipping carrier's website. For orders shipped via USPS please remember that USPS only provides a Delivery Confirmation number which is typically only updated after the delivery has been attempted or completed.
Shipping to PO Box and FPO/APO Address
If your Shipping address is a P.O. Box, we cannot deliver via UPS, and your order will be shipped via US Postal Service by the shipping method you choose.
We deliver to APO/FPO addresses using the United States Postal Service (USPS). To ship to these addresses, the only delivery method is GROUND service.
Taxes
Taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Order Cancellation & Returns
Your satisfaction is always our top priority! If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, for a refund, or a replacement - subject to the following:
1. If you wish to cancel your order:
1.1 you can notify us by email to customerservice@lumintrail.com before we have dispatched the goods to you;
1.2 where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 3 below.
2. If the item was defective or you received wrong item, please contact us first by sending an email to customerservice@lumintrail.com. Your returned item must be in its original (new) condition.
3. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, less actual shipping expenses. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Your returned item must be in its original (new) condition.
4. Upon receipt of the goods we will either issue a refund or ship a replacement item. Please note actual shipping charges may be deducted from the final refund amount.
5. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 3 will not apply in the following circumstances:
5.1 in the event that the product has been used.
5.2 to any products that we have made or customized specifically for you.
