Bike Locks - Product Information

Here's what you need to know about your new bike lock.

This video will show you how to set your combination lock. We recommend watching the video as a visual aid, however the directions are written out down below as well.

The default combination is set to 0000. Remember to keep the numbers straight and aligned as you're opening and closing the lock; a slight shift in the dials can cause difficulty operating the lock. 

Step 1: Open the lock, and turn the reset dial on the inside, in the direction the arrow is pointed until you hear a click.

Step 2: Set your desired combination. Remember: make sure the numbers are aligned!

Step 3: Rotate the reset dial in the opposite direction of the arrow until you hear a click. Your combination is now set!

You can repeat this process at any time to set a new combination!

We recommend writing your combination down, or taking a photo of it, so that you don't forget!

If your lock fails please contact us within one year of purchase and we will do our best to help you! Unfortunately, there is not much we can do if the combination is forgotten, so please remember to make a note of it!
