Q: Will the mount for this cable fit a 1.5" diameter bike?

A: Yes, the adjustable screws and spacers for the mount will allow it to fit. 

Q: How easy is the combination reset? I don't want a thief to easily reset the combination.

A: The combination is easy to reset for the owner of the lock. After purchasing the lock, you will want to set your own combination. Once it is set, you can always reset it but will need to use this new combination which only you know, not the original manufacturers combo.
