Q: How to set lock?

A: The initial combination is 0-0-0, open. Turn reset button clockwise (located in lock housing and accessed after opening lock) Set desired combination. Ensure lined up properly with convex lines. Turn reset button counter-clockwise to set combo. The directions and diagramming are located on the items package label. 

Q: How do you turn the reset button? 

A: Here in the office we made due with a key the first time without much fuss, but we have a very useful pro-tip that one of our employees discovered. Needle-nose pliers make it so easy you'd think they were made for it.
